NEWS FROM TRAYEE BRINDAVAN

------ Forwarded messages -------

Sairam to all brothers & sisters,

We were fortunate to have Swami's Darshan this (Thursday) morning at

Brindavan. It is amazing how the word spreads as the whole Sai

Ramesh hall and beyond was chock-a -block with devotess despite it

being a working day. Swami had agreed, graciously, to bestow His

Darshan to all devotees along with a special session for the two

hundred odd devotees from the US, who had prepared a big program to

be staged for Him in the Kalyana Mantap.

Swami came out in the electric buggy at around 7.20 a.m. and

alighted after the buggy entered the ladies side. All devotees had

tears (of relief and bhakti) in their eyes seeing Swami walking

unaided for about 25 metres into the centre aisle and a few metres

further, all the time blessing the devotees with raised hands. He

looked blissful and was smiling broadly all the time. He then got

back into the buggy and continued His usual darshan round. He was

waving His hand and acknowledging the devotion of all present. It

was wonderful to see the Lord after such a long gap, and also to see

Him physically alright, though it will be some more time before He

would walk fully round, it seemed.

He got down again at the front (on the right side of the gents

block) and walked in front of the bhajan singers, blessing and

chatting with some. He then accepted Arathi at the centre and walked

up further to the end of the ladies block before getting into the

buggy and going out of the hall.

The devotees were extremely excited and the sevadal had a tough time

making them sit in their place. Hundreds got up in their anxiety to

have a closer look at Bhagawan.

Swami ordered prasadam to be distributed to all devotees at the end.

It was indeed a festive occasion and a great blessing for all

present.

Jai Sairam,

Madhu & Latha

Bangalore
