Satya Sai Baba calls for love, peace, spirituality

 

Puttaparthi, July 13: "Love born of physical desire is temporary.

True love lies beyond the pale of physical attractions," Satya Sai

Baba said.

 

Delivering his discourse at the Sai Kulwanth hall on the occasion of

Guru Pournami, Baba called upon his devotees to realise god by

inculcating true love. The spirituality of the devotees should not

turn into a passtime. Every deed of a devotee should reflect his

striving to realise god, he said.

 

He lauded the magnanimity of his devotees Hindulal Shah and

Saralalal Shah who came forward to build a Dharmakshetra near Mumbai.

 

Baba's discourse was full of anecdotes calling for peace, love and

non-violence. Baba thanked State Mahila Congress president J Geeta

Reddy who, he said, used to visit him everyday while he was ailing

at Bangalore. Reddy used to come from Hyderabad through flight to

visit him, Baba said.
