This center is responsible for implementing new technologies like video conferencing etc., in the Sai Organization. Swami inaugurated the center by lighting a lamp. He then spent about 45 minutes at the center. During that time, a video conference was demonstrated to Swami. Doctors from the Super Specialty Hospital at Puttaparthi showed a video of a complex surgery. This could be viewed both at Prashanthi Nilayam and Bangalore Hospital simultaneously. Swami then distributed sweets to all the members present there.
