Mid-Atlantic Regional day with Mrs. Phyllis Krystal on Sept 13, 2003.

Phyllis Krystal, a devotee of Sathya Sai Baba for the past 30 years,

is a member of the Central Council of America, and is one of the

three members of the young adult National Executive Committee.

Recently, Swami asked Phyllis to write a book on His teachings,

which she will bring to Him very shortly. During her visit to us,

she will be discussing the applications of Swami's teachings in our

practical day-to-day lives, and will be sharing with us her personal

experiences with Swami. A psychotherapist by profession, Mrs.

Krystal has been developing a counseling method using symbols and

visualization techniques that help people detach from external

influences in order to rely on their own Higher Consciousness as a

guide and teacher. For over twenty years, she has been traveling

around the world giving lectures and seminars on her work.

Other books she has written include Sai Baba: The Ultimate

Experience, Cutting the Ties that Bind, Cutting More Ties that Bind,

Cutting the Ties That Bind Workbook, Taming Our Monkey Mind,

Reconnecting the Love Energy, and Cutting the Ties of Karma.
