Guest guest
Sai Ram, I purchased a set of silver padukas from Prashanthi Jewellers, Chennai, in June 2002. I carried the padukas to Whitefield, in June 2002, first week. By Bhagawan's Grace, the senior Seva Dal allowed me to sit in the first line in the front block. Bhagawan entered Sai Ramesh Hall from the ladies side, and came to the central aisle. From a distance of 15 feet, he glanced at the square block where I was allowed to sit. I was holding up the silver padukas on a red tray. Swamy saw this and immediately cut across the aisle, walked across to me, touched and blessed the padukas, and so doing also touched my fingers. I was speechless with emotion, and could only say Swamy, Swamy. Bhagawan had charged the Padukas with his Divine Touch ! The person sitting next to me then was Mr. Srinivasan of the Bagepalle Sri Sarva Dharma Samvay Trust. Hence Bhagawan does bless the offerings of devotees. I chose not to get the padukas from Madurai, since I wanted to present the padukas to Bhagawan personally, and not through a third party. We keep the padukas in our Puja room, perform daily abhishekam only, and the regular ashtotram. The padukas are also kept in our weekly bhajan centre in our house, for the worship of devotees who come for the bhajans. R.
