ANANTAPUR: Batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar, who has been out of action because

of a tennis elbow, has met Godman Sri Satya Sai Baba at his ashram in

Puttaparthi.Sachin, an ardent devotee of Sai Baba, was closeted with the

spiritual leader for about 40 minutes at Prashanti Nilayam on Friday, sources

said here on Saturday.Though his visit to Puttaparthi was kept a closely

guarded secret, a motley crowd gathered at the ashram to have a glimpse of the

cricket hero.Sachin, accompanied by Satya Sai Trust director Srinivasan,

arrived at the ashram from Bangalore by road.After the darshan, he participated

in the bhajan programme before returning to

Bangalore.Tired
