Dear Sai Brothers and Sisters,

 

SAI RAM. Praying that Bhagawan's Love, Grace and

Blessings be always on you and everyone.

 

The Following is a translation in of Bhagawan's Talk

in Venkatagiri Palace in February'1965. These talks

which Bhagawan gave from time to time were informal

Question and answer sessions, But on this case, it was

a small speech that Swami gave which You will find

inspirational.

 

LOVING ONES ( PREMIYULARA )

 

THE TWO GREATEST QUALITIES OF GOD ARE LOVE AND

COMPASSION, GOD DISTRIBUTES HIS LOVE IN EQUAL MEASURE

TO ALL AND EVERYONE. COMPASSION TOWARDS ALL. GOD'S

LOVE IS SUCH THAT HE DOES NOT TAKE ANYTHING IN RETURN

EVER. IN THE MAHABARATA KRISHNA ALWAYS SUPPORTED THE

PANDAVAS EVEN IF IT WAS GOING AGAINST HIS ELDER

BROTHER, HE NEVER WAVERED FROM THIS SUPPORT, AT MANY

TIMES THE PANDAVAS OFFERED HIM VARIOUS GIFTS , BUT

KRISHNA NEVER ACCEPTED EVEN ONE AT ANY TIME, WHEN

YUDHISTIRA ASKED HIM ONCE AS TO WHY HE WAS NOT

ACCEPTING ANY GIFTS FROM THEM HE SAID "I HAVE

EVERYTHING AND CAN GET ANYTHING, WHY SHOULD TAKE

ANYTHING FROM ANYONE ?". SWAMI NEVER TAKES ANYTHING

FROM ANYBODY WHOEVER IT MAY BE, HE ALWAYS GIVES AND

GIVES, HE HAS EVERYTHING AND CAN GET ANYTHING FROM

ANYWHERE. (Bhagawan then asked the Raja of Venkatagiri

as to what was the costliest Diamond in his Palace,

The Raja Replied that it would cost around 30 Lakhs ),

BHAGAWAN THEN TURNED TO THE 150 PEOPLE SITTING THERE

AND WITH A WAVE OF HIS HAND PRODUCED A SMALL

GLITTERING DIAMOND AND SAID "THIS IS THE FAMOUS

KOHINOOR DIAMOND, ONCE THE WORLD'S BIGGEST DIAMOND,

NOW IT IS ON THE HEAD OF THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND, REDUCED

TO THIS SIZE", SOMEONE ASKED "SWAMI, HOW BIG WAS IT?",

SWAMI WITH ANOTHER WAVE PRODUCED A HUGE DIAMOND AND

SAID "IT WAS THIS BIG", THEN HE ASKED THE RAJA "YOU

WANT ME OR THESE", THE RAJA WITH TEARS SAID "I WANT

NOTHING BUT YOU SWAMI", THEN WITH A SMALL WAVE THE

DIAMONDS DISSAPEARED. SWAMI SAID "SEE, FOR ME THERE IS

EVERYTHING WHY SHOULD I ASK ANYBODY ANYTHING".

 

SWAMI CONTINUED :

 

KRISHNA GAVE SUDAMA EVERYTHING BUT ONLY AFTER

ACCEPTING HIS LOVE, GOD ASKS ONLY FOR YOUR LOVE AND

GIVES YOU EVERYTHING IN RETURN. YEARN FOR HIS LOVE.

SWAMI'S LOVE IS ALL PERVASIVE.

 

ALL OF YOU ARE THINKING THAT I AM JOKING WITH YOU AND

BEHAVING LIKE YOU BUT IN 40 YEARS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE

TO SEE ME, IN PUTTAPARTHI YOU WILL HAVE TO SIT ON A

HILL TO SEE ME ON MY BIRTHDAY. YOU MIGHT WONDER AS TO

HOW THIS WILL HAPPEN ,IT WILL BECAUSE BHAGAWAN CAN DO

ANYTHING HE WISHES, BUT SWAMI WILL WAIT TILL THE TIME

COMES, GOD WAITS FOR AN APPROPRIATE TIME FOR

EVERYTHING TO HAPPEN.

 

AS BHAGAWAN WAS SIPPING A GLASS OF COCONUT WATER, A

ELDERLY PERSON NAMED SUBBRAYUDU ASKED "SWAMI, YOU TOLD

US THAT YOU WILL TELL US ABOUT GANDHIJI ?", SWAMI SAID

THAT HE WILL TALK AT A LATER DATE, THEN SWAMI SAID:

 

GANDHI GARU WAS A GREAT MAN, HE WAS ALWAYS CLOSE TO

GOD, ONCE A PERSON ASKED HIM "SIR, DO YOU NOT GET BAD

THOUGHTS LIKE OTHERS?", HE SAID "YES, I DO GET A LOT

OF THOUGHTS, BUT I DO NOT PUT THEM INTO ACTIONS", HE

ALWAYS FOLOWED HIS HEART WHERE GOD RESIDED.

 

ALWAYS FOLLOW GOD, HE WILL HELP YOU.

 

SWAMI ASKED THE TWO SINGERS RAM, LAKSHMAN TO SING

"SUBRAMANYAM, SUBRAMANYAM" AND THE TALK DREW TO A

CLOSE.

 

Brothers,

 

My Father and Grandfather were present at most of

these talks and after each speech or session with

Bhagawan they wrote down in Telugu everything Bhagawan

said, These are not the Normal Discourses that Swami

gives in one strech but Mostly Question and Answer

Questions where Swami spoke about his Future Plans for

an Institute and the Development of Parthi into a

World Centre.

 

On the Remark on Gandhiji and his bad thoughts, it

Bhagawan who first Told this example about Gandhiji,

Various people and books have qouted this example, not

bothering to look into the Source.

 

It is very difficult to translate in English as

Bhagawan spoke in Brilliant Telugu at that time, at

the same time he also spoke in very ordinary day to

day Telugu for the sake of Ordinary Villagers

Listening to him.

 

Hope that the above messages of Bhagawan inspires

people to follow his ideals and help people in need .
