I've Summer vacation until August and this is a great chance for me to fulfill my long cherished dream of learning to chant atleast a few verses of the divine vedas. I tried to find if classes are offered in Dallas-Fortworth area, but couldn't come up with anything. So i guess i'll have to learn by myself. I've a copy of 'Veda Pushpanjali' book and also 'Veda Saartham' cassettes and cds. But i'd like to know how i can go about learning to chant. Are there any special rituals to follow? All i know is that it is best to learn during the Brahma Muhurtham. Please help me with any information regarding this. Many thanks in advance.
