ADHIPATHTHA NAYANAR font-family:"Comic Sans MS";color:blue;font-weight:bold">The famous olden day port in the east coast of the Indian subcontinent, where the various ships queued up for trade – is the town called Nagappattinam. The tides coming as if eager to take rest in the spread white sand bed, but receding immediately after kissing the sand - the tidal roar non-stopping like the devotees' chanting of God. font-family:"Comic Sans MS";color:blue;font-weight:bold">In the fishermen suburb of the town was the devotee Adhipaththar who offered his chaste heart to the Yogi of Yogis. He was a loving devotee of Lord Shiva. Nayanar was the leader of a big group of fishermen operating many boats in various catchments and was the owner of the heaps of marine material brought. The truthful devotee who has surrendered totally to the Almighty, always used to leave the first fish that enters his net for the Love he live with - Lord Shiva. He used to do it regularly, come whatever be - whether there was only one fish caught or in huge numbers. The Lord delighted in the food of his love. For some days there were very less fishes caught. Still he was doing his offering of leaving the first fish for the Lord. 10.0pt;font-family:"Comic Sans MS";color:purple;font-weight:bold">One day there came a fish glittering like gold with precious gems like parts came into their net, making all the faces there bright in jubilance. The fish glittered like it could get even the whole world as its price. color:blue"> bold">It would make his life into a heavily luxurious one. The people there told they have got a fish. color:blue;font-weight:bold">Even when such a great wealth in the form of a fish was waiting Nayanar never went back in his duty for the Lord who sits on the rocks of Himalayas. He said with great devotion that the fish being the first one which was admirable and priceless was for the Dancing feet. He left the fish in the sea like leaving all the bonds with simple love color:purple;font-weight:bold">. color:blue"> bold">The Merciful who melted in the warmth of the true love of the devotee appeared with His consort in the Horizon to bless the Nayanar who stood for his love in the comfortable and miserable periods. color:blue"> bold">The Black-throated God blessed him with the opportunity of living in the Shivalokam along with His great devotees under His erternal bliss. font-family:TSC_Nattai"> "Comic Sans MS";color:maroon"> 10.0pt;font-family:Arial">Sai Ram 10.0pt;font-family:Arial"> 10.0pt;font-family:Arial">Shivathmika Attachment: (image/jpeg) image001.jpg [not stored]
