I have been thinking on how to be " Happy ALL THE TIME " and how to "LOVE ALL - SERVE ALL" How to achieve this practically ... See Swamy in every being The Basis of Happiness is Love, the more people you love, the more happier you will be. Do not try to judge people, develop unconditional love. When u see a white paper with a black dot, we just see the black dot leaving the whole remaining white space. Do not focus on the small negatives, focus on the good side. Practice to see good and only good.
