Guest guest
weeks, your skin is totally new. Your gums are replaced every two weeks, and your stomach lining every four days. Over a year, 95% of all the trillions of cells that make up "you" are changed. Of course, this is happening with no effort on our part. But if we're called upon to react to a change from the outside, or when we find ourselves in a stagnant situation and know that something needs to change – that's when, for a lot of us, change can be frightening. This can be from the uncertainty it brings with it, or because it pushes us out of our comfort zone. What's important to remember is that change always brings opportunity, an opportunity to grow in a new direction. There is nothing to fear from change!!! " You should only fear NOT TO CHANGE" as Swami says. As Eleanor Roosevelt once said, "The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience." You can't afford to let any fears stand in your way. So when a change appears suddenly in your life, rather than retreat into your shell, come out to embrace it, and look for the opportunities it presents to grow and glow. Or when you reach a stalemate in life, step out boldly and initiate a change yourself. Take change in a positive way, change is where we get the opportunity to get closer to God, God who resides in the human form at Prashanthi Nilayam- Abode of The Highest Peace...change towards being more peaceful, change towards practising sathya, dharma, shanthi, prema and ahimsa. Change for the realization where we realize that we are God. Swami has said, "The difference with you and me is that I know I am God and you are yet to realize it." Let us all change for the best...for there is a phrase which I learnt at kindergarten which goes something like this....Good -Better -Best..I will never let it Rest...Until My Good is Better and My Better Best! May We Never Stop Growing Spiritually. Wishing each and everyone of you Happy Holidays, And and Bright And Spiritual New Year 2006. May Lord Sai bless and guide you throughout your journey... I offer my most humble pranaams at thy Lotus feet of The Beloved Lord Sai-Lord Of the Universe. Om Jai Sai Raam Radhey Of Canada.
