Guest guest
the railings and sat for the Bhajans till 11am. At 11am, Sai Baba decided to give 'WALKING DARSHAN". He took the gents' side elevator and walked to the 1st block gents' side, spoke to some devotees and collected letters. He walked all the way to the lst block ladies side and went back on stage using the ladies side elevator. He sat again for Bhajans for another 15 minutes before standing for the aarathi. He walked out via the usual exit. It seems the Lunar New Year Bhajans would be held on 6th Feb. It's rumored that Sai Baba may return to Puttaparthi after this function. Let's wait and see and LOVE HIS UNCERTAINTY. Provided by Julie Cheong. Guest guest
Sairam, Salutations at the Divine Lotus Feet, sister Gueza, there is nothing wrong in addressing Him as Sai Baba. meaning mother & father. there is a beautiful book " word made into flesh" by one French Devotee, i believe, where he explains nicely how the Humanity thro Generations have attempted to Limit God to a name or a form. while these are mainly due to local considerations like society, culture , language etc our Beloved Lord encourages us to trascend these and realise the Oneness of God, ofcourse by sincere practise of His Life &teachings . Let me tell you one incident reported in the beautiful Book Easwaramma by rev Kasturiji. Those days Baba's mother Easwaramma didnt quite relish people calling "Her Son" ( during teen age of Bhagwan) as BABA or SAI BABA. A group of women devotees from Chittoor ( a small town in Andhra Pradesh State) arrived to have the Darsan of the "Divine BOY" and addressed the young Bhagwan as SWAMY,- meaning God. For Mother Easwaramma this name appealed verymuch, and She started addressing our Bhagwan as SWAMY thence. Sairam Crishnan
