Kar seva reflects the sense of selfless community service. Kar seva at the Golden Temple, Amritsar, to de-silt the sacred tank will continue till March 31 The ignorant work for their own profit, Arjuna; the wise work for the welfare of the world, without thought to themselves. Bhagavad Gita, 3.25 God said: O world, serve those who serve Me and render weary those who serve you. Wisdom of the Sufis Service expresses the divinity hidden in us. It broadens our hearts, destroys narrow-mindedness, and gives delight. Service is the most efficient instrument to remove the ego.
