Had Beautiful Darshan Today....Thank You Swamy....

just came out from a fantastic darshan. Was blessed with a first line today,

after putting my cushion, went out to write a letter to Swamy, (was thinking to

write Him for long time) ended up, in writing only 4 lines in a piece of paper.

Came back, and sat in my seat waiting for Him. Exactly at 3:30 could see the

volunteers, running back to their seats, adjusting the devotees, asking them to

sit down, move right, left, go back, bla bla bla …Swamy’s car entered gently

into the Kulwanth Hall.. Slowly, I took out the piece of paper from my pocket,

hold it tight in my hand, was praying to Swamy… Swamy after a long time, Iam

with a letter… I know your car window will be closed…. I know I can’t give this

letter to you…. Infact you know every thing…. But Swamy… Swamy…. Just look at me

and this piece of paper…… Swamy’s car moved gently by the

ladies side… the driver, this time didn’t wait for His confirmation, drove

slowly to the men’s side… I was getting curious… anxious… and the car slowly

came, was trying to trace out Swamy from the car glass.. as there was

reflection on the car… the car got closer and closer.. my view was getting more

and more clear…. When the car came close to me.. infront of me.. I gently got

up.. showed my letter.. Swamy raised His left Hand to bless and said (murmered)

some thing…. I was thrilled… veryhappy….

But that excitement didn’t last longer.. my monkey mind was asking for

more… I started complaining to myself… Swamy.. How long will you continue with

this Car darshan…. We can hardly see you… infact we can see you only when the

car gets closer to us… and only to the people who are in the 1st , 2nd and

third rows….what about the devotees seated far away…..

My another complaint was… Swamy when You were walking we could see you right

from door of your house…I could feel the sweet jasmine fragrance, as soon as

You entered the darshan Hall.. but now.. Frankly Swamy, I can smell your car’s

battery… (sorry Swamy)… as I was thinking all these… the car moved slowly into

the verandah… many people started leaving the hall… I too used to do so …but

today. I thought let me sit for some more time… after 5 minutes or so… I saw

Swamy’s wheel chair coming down the stage… I was just wondering where is Swamy

heading to … Swamy came further down,towards the primary school children side..

now the boy who was pushing the wheel chair, came infront of Swamy, confused,

asked Swamy where to go… Swamy signaled to go round the gents’ lines….

Surprised…… Swamy can this be true!!!….. You are coming

to us (me) in a wheel chair….. Swamy did you hear my complaints…. No Swamy I

take back all my words…. I was just joking… don’t trouble your self….Swamy was

already on His way for the 2nd round darshans towards the gents side…. I felt Oh

Swamy! What a blessing! What else Do we want….. You are coming to give the Sweet

Jasmine Fragrance….. You are coming to give darshan to those devotees sitting

far away …. Swamy came and took a right turn.. I was just watching Him…. After

a long time… I was seeing Swamy’s life size image so close, I was just rubbing

my eyes adjusting the brightness.. colour.. sharpness… I didn’t know what to

see.. my eyes where competing … should I see His beautiful face… His lips…

should I see His long Hair… should I see His Hand… should I see the Lotus Feet

manifested right infront of me…. Or should I see the wheel chair

(infact the luckiest wheel chair) carrying the Lord of the Lords……. I was a like

a hungry monkey, trying to push every thing in the throat sack……. Oh Swamy, you

should have given me thousand eyes, to capture this LIFE SIZE image of you…..

My hands and feet were sweating… can this be true… How lucky we are…. Read in

the Vedas that God used to manifest infront of great sages who did peneance for

hundreds and thousands of years, was wondering are we that great!!!, may be we

are from the same lineage….. It was so nice and Swamy came to tell me I have

heard your prayer my son! I have come for you! For the Jasmine fragrance which

you were longing for, To make you jump in happiness… to dip you in that ANANDA

SAGARAM…… Swamy is in our hearts… He is in us, above us.. below us…. Around

us…..beside us….. and He is always there for those in distress…. For those

confused….. for those ignorant…….for the CONFUSED MONKEY MINDS……..

Your beautiful Darshan was wonderful

to read thank you very much for sending to each one of us.

Our Swamy is everywhere in you and all

over the world. He is looking after each one of us and our

prayer's are always answered.

Though I miss him seeing for my daily darshan last year for two weeks,

I know he is with me here all the time.

My mind is made up I am going to see him again this year and

celebrate his 80th Birthday it is so

peaceful at Prashanti Nilyam that my heart is full of joy and happiness

when I see my Swami. Jasmine flower

the smell is breath taking I love the flower and my grandchild name

is Jasmine. No one should be

hurt it is the truth you shared with us.

I write too - encouraged by Ravi's mail - to let you know that your words from

the darshan lines were indeed well received by others. How could it be otherwise

? Your joy was so real - it smelled of the fragrance of jasmine - the fragrance

of Baba Himself.......

 

it encourages me to share my joy with "others" - which is a joke, isnt it ? -

"others" dont exist in reality.

 

So dont be egoistic - keeping your joy toyourself. And you DIDNT ! - and dont be

afraid of sharing it with "others".....

 

So - this is a little thank you to Ravi Krishnamuthy. Sai Ram !!

Sairam brother Satish,

 

Thankyou ever so much for sharing you experience with

us all. You are so lucky to have such a beautiful

darshan of Swami. When I read your email I could

experience that happines, peace, and visualize Swami's

car coming towards you and also visualize Swami in the

wheel chair giving more darshan.

 

See you sending an email to all our Sai brothers and

sisters you have shared Swami's darshan through your

eyes and mind and gave us the same darshan in our mind

via email.
