The Benefits: The mind will become peaceful The heart will become loving towards everyone The intellect will become clear Outside influence will have no effect on your mind Contentment will grow strong and stable Understanding and empathy for others will increase The body will feel stronger and more energised The voice of the conscience will be heard more clearly God’s presence will be felt more strongly Catching God’s thoughts will happen more naturally Life will become altogether more enjoyable.
