Eleven Desires must always remain in a man's heart

 

1. The desire for Self-Liberation.

2. Aversion for sin.

3. Love for God.

4. Indifference to the materialistic world of infatuations and bondages.

5. Capacity to control one's senses.

6. Noble conduct.

7. Purity of Heart.

8. Freedom from greed.

9. Longing for the teachings of your Guru.

10. Yearning for God's grace.

11. Capacity to sacrifice.
