Baba's love for HIS devotees part 17:Gopal's daughter

Gopal Ganesh Shriyan's daughter and the son of his

friend were being educated together. They decided to

join themselves in wedlock after their education was

over. About eight years passed and there occured much

difference in the status of the two friends, Gopalrao

remained as he was but his friend had became rich. His

son also had secured a lucrative job and so this

friend of Gopalrao began to talk of another and better

match for his son. Gopalrao was embarassed and prayed

Baba to save him from his possible ignominy. For eight

years the wedding was fixed, every-one knew about it

and the girl also loved the boy. He was ill at ease.

Baba came in his dream and assured him not to worry.

Everything would be alright after two years. For two

years many girls were seen but the friends son's

marriage would not be settled. At last that friend

voluntarily met Gopalrao, apologised to him and

requested that their former fixture should be

respected, in this way Gopal-rao's anxiety was removed

by Baba
