Divine incarnations from BC 18000 to AD 2118

A chronological account of the Divine Incarnations and events in the life of the

Divine Lord Sai at Shirdi and Parthi; the prophecies made thousands of years ago

laying the foundation and reasons for the Advent of the Sai Avatars and the

arrival of the Golden Age are given hereunder. These may be useful for Balvikas

classes and for circulation/distribution to members in Samithis.

BC 18,000: The time of the Ramayana and Lord Rama's Advent on Earth.

BC 4000: Vishnu Purana, ancient Hindu scripture forewarned of the coming of a

Kalki Avatar riding on a white horse in the Kali Yuga age.

Lord Krishna

BC 5000: 5000 years ago, Mahabharatha forewarned of God's descend on Earth in

the Kali Yuga. In the Bhagavad Gita Lord Krishna explained the reason why and

when God incarnate and assume human form.

Shuka Naadi

BC 3000: 5,000 years ago, Sage Shuka forewarned of the coming of Sai Baba.

Lord Zoroaster

BC 1000: Lord Zoroaster, forewarned the descend of God 3000 years later.

Lord Buddha

BC 500: Lord Buddha, 567BC-487BC, forewarned the coming of the first Buddha, Maitreya.

Lord Jesus Christ

AD 1: Lord Jesus made references to the coming of The Father "He who sent me

among you will come again." And Jesus said, "The kingdom of Heaven is within

you." Saint John's revelation about, ref I9-II-I6, I9:I9-20, the coming of the

King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Prophet Mohammed

AD 570: Mahasamadi of Prophet Mohammed at age of 63 in AD 633. Prophet Mohammed

preached the message of "There is only one God." Detailed the many symbols to

recognise the coming of God, the Formless One.

AD 630: Master Xuan Chang, 596-664 AD, the famous monk from China, went to India

to collect Buddha's Teachings for his countrymen. Buddhism took root in China.

Adi Sankara

AD 788: Birth of Adi Sankara. Mahasamadi in a cave at age 32 in AD 820.

Nostradamus

1556: Dec 14th 1503-July 1st 1556. In his Biography, Nostradamus prophesied

the descend of God in South India, with unlimited power and wisdom, who observe

Thursday as a holy day etc.

Shirdi Sai Baba

1838: Birth of Shirdi Sai Baba at Pathri, Marathwada.

1846: Left home at the age of 8, in the company of a Sufi fakir.

1868: Sai Baba arrived at Shirdi with Chand Patil for a wedding ceremony. By

now he was about 30 years old, and Nanasaheb heard he was a Chintamani.

1878: Sai Baba getting recognition among government officials. Some followers

accepted him as Sadguru.

1885: Shirdi Sai Baba went into a trance for 3 days.

1892: Shirdi Sai Baba's first miracle, used water to light lamps.

Distribution of Udi (ash) as a cure began. Dasganu met Shirdi.

1904: Shirdi Sai Baba's second miracle, known as the Jamner incident.

1908: Sathewada was completed.

1909: Congregational worship of Shirdi Sai Baba started. Sitaram Dikshit met

Sai Baba.

1910: Feb 10th onward started night Aarti every alternate day. Shirdi grind

wheat to halt cholera epidemic; another miracle. Began to speak in parables and

symbology.

Haley Comet first sighted.

1911: Dikshitwada was completed. Shirdi started celebrating the now famous

Rama Navami festival.

1918: Oct 15th, Tue 2.35 p.m. Shirdi Sai Baba entered into Mahasamadi. Oct

16th, Wed, His body was cremated at Butewada. Before he died, Shirdi told his

devotees he would come back eight years later.

Sathya Sai Baba

1926: Birth of a boy named Sathyanarayana Raju, in a cowherd village in

Puttaparthy, (His Horoscope) on the 23rd November at 9.06 am.

Aurobindo

1926: 24th Nov, Sri Aurobindo, 1872-1950, announced the descend of the

Godhead in physical form.

1933: Approx. playful Leelas at the famous Tamarind Tree.

1936: Formed the first bhajan group.

1940: Age 15, Mar 8th, young Sai was bitten by a poisonous scorpion, and was

unconscious for 12 hours. When he came to, he behaved in an irrational manner.

May 23rd 1940, young Sathya made his historic announcement: "I am Sai Baba. I

belong to Bhardwaja Gotra. I have come to save you from dangers. Keep your

houses clean and pure." To prove this He produces sweets, fruit, and flowers

out of thin air. Then he took a handful of flowers and threw them into the air.

They fell to form, in perfect Telugu, the words 'SAI BABA'. Next began to

materialized vibhuti (ash) to reconfirm his identity.

Oct 20th 1940, Sai Baba renounced family and home, saying "I am no longer your

Sathya. I am Sai. I am going. I don’t belong to you. My devotees are

calling me. I have my work." Then he sat in the garden and sang his first

famous Bhajans: "Manasa Bhajare Guru Charanam. Dustara Bhavasagara Taranam."

1941: Beginning of World War II. Sai was 15 years old then.

1942: End of first 16 years: Bal Leelas.

1944: Shifted to Paatha Mandir (Old Temple).

1945: End of World War II. Sai was 19 years old then.

1947: May 25th wrote famous letter to His elder brother Sheshama Raju

detailing His Mission. Age only 22. Sai Baba toured North India: Delhi,

Rishikesh, Mathura, Srinagar; and cured and blessed Swami Shivananda.

Sanaathana Sarathi started publication.

1950: 25th Birthday and inauguration of Prashanthi Nilayam, the Abode of

Supreme Peace. Sri Aurobindo, birth Aug 15th 1872, attained Mahasamadi.

1953: Brought back to life of V.Radhakrishna, whose body had started

decomposing in PN.

1957: Built first hospital behind PN.

1958: In Madras He said "Examine the Guru and his credentials and ideals and

practice before accepting him. End of second 16 years: Mahima kal Divine

Glory), and from here onwards it is Dharmasthapan (Establishment of

righteousness and removal of evil from human minds)

1959: 29th June, planted Banyan tree or Meditation Tree.

1961: 26th Feb, installed marble image of Shirdi Sai Baba in Nag Sai Temple.

7th June, visited Badrinath and consecrated the Netralinga there.

1962: prophesied the withdrawal of Chinese forces from border.

1963: June 20th, fell very sick for 8 days, had 4 heart attacks and a stroke;

He said he took upon himself the disease of a devotee. July 6th, Historic

revelation that Sathya Sai is a combined incarnation of Shiva and Shakti,

Shirdi Sai was Shiva, and Prema Sai will be Shakti alone.

1964: 23rd Nov declared, "I am Sri Nath, Lokanath, and Anathnath."

1968: Sai Baba declared His Mission on Earth. 30th June to 14th July visited

East Africa. First World Conference held in Bombay.

1971: Brought back to life American Arthur Cowan who was certified dead by

doctors in Bangalore.

1972: First Summer Shower discourse.

1973: Materialized the Cross and figure of Jesus Christ.

1975: 23rd Nov 50th Birthday of Sathya Sai Baba. Declared that triple

incarnations of Shirdi, Sathya and Prema carry the message of Work, Worship and

Wisdom. He gave Blitz editor, RK Karanjia, an unprecedented two hours of

recorded interview.

1975: 25th Dec discourse, Sai Baba explained that He is the One whom Jesus

referred to in the statement "He who sent me among you will come again."

1977: Estimated to have 25 million followers worldwide.

1978: Dr Shastry showed Sai the prophecy contained in Shuka Naadi, 5,000

years old palm leaf manuscript written by Sage Shuka.

1982: Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, PN, set up.

1983: Sai Baba sent 12 specially handpicked devotees to meditate at Gufa

Ashram, 18,000 feet high cave in the Himalayas.

1986: 60th Birthday Celebration. Declared, "I am God. You are God. The only

difference is that I know my divinity, but you do not."

1988: Professor Kasturi passed away. Sai Baba said he will be mother of Prema

Sai in his next life.

1990: Sathya Sai Airport was inaugurated.

1991: Materialized the famous and rare golden Lingam. Inauguration of Super

Specialty Hospital. Prophecy came true for fall of Communism and Berlin Wall.

1992: Completion of Super Specialty Hospital.

1996: 70th Birthday Celebration. Discourse on 'Your mission'. Sai-aeroplane

waiting on Sai-runway, waiting for control tower's instruction.

1997: Materialized the smallest Bible in the world. First time Sai Baba sat

on Golden Chariot. First Chinese New Year Celebration in Prashanthi

Nilayam, His Ashram!

1998: 2nd year of Golden Chariot. Second Chinese New Year celebration in

Prashanthi.

Feb: Manifested Hiranyagarbha Linga during Sivaratri festival.
