As per my information it will be mostly visible in western Europe and between 10 to 20 % in the North Western potion of India. Please check your local listing for the exact time in your area. As always eclipses are celestial events which has great bearing on Vedic sciences. It is during lunar eclipse Lord Chaitanya appeared in our world and Lord KRSNA reunited with the Gopi's during the Solar eclipse, therefore please observe this time in remembrance and being absorbed in KRSNA.
