You got all the books published in Gujarati as you proposed in that letter to Srila Prabhupada. Under your supervision ISKCON has several beautiful temples in Gujarat and more are coming up. We look forward to an even more glorious future. dasa, BVS ----------------------- To from this mailing list, send an email to: Katha-Owner

Jaya Srila Prabhupada. Since it's always auspicious to appreciate the service rendered by the devotees, I thought it would be nice to share something I recently read, which maharaja’s post reminded me of. This was H.H. Tamala Krsna Gosvami's 1973 Vyasa-puja offering to Srila Prabhupada: “To India you have sent us, your eldest children, to assist you in providing for our God-brothers and sisters abroad two spiritual abodes where all may come and be revived—Sri Mayapura Dhama and Sri Vrndavana Dhama. Your plan is that we all work to save the world, but preaching is difficult and sometimes fatiguing. So you have indicated these two lands of Mayapura and Vrndavana as spiritual oases where all devotees may come and be refreshed. “On behalf of all my God-brothers and sisters who are serving you here in India, we pledge ourselves wholeheartedly to provide these spiritual paradises to all of your disciples. Let everyone come to be devotionally enriched with new inspiration and greater enthusiasm for pushing forth Lord Caitanya’s movement. May we serve Your Divine Grace by serving your devotees.” Tamala Krsna dasa Gosvami G.B.C.—India I think it would be nice to see his offering written on a small plaque within the premises of the samadhi-mandira. Hare Krsna. Your humble servant, Mukunda Datta dasa
