Does perfection only exist in the spiritual world?

In "Easy Journey to Other Planets" Srila Prabhupada

tells us that the spirit spark is indestructible.

Due to misidentification with the material elements

which are constantly created and annihilated he feels

a false sense of anxiety.

Does this mean that although the material energy works

perfectly because it is Krsna's potency it always has

an imperfect affect and there is no possibility of a

perfect situation in contact with it?
