Guest guest
I have a 1971 copy of Jaiva Dharma printed by Guada Math (Madras). Page 113 still needs to be analysed ...tonight. I can hardly imagine what would have happened if Srila Prabhupada told the westerners : Yes you can become servant but not a brahmanas. Would they have followed him?. Only Sri Krsna Knows. So these days so many ISKCON western members are Brahamanas. I also have trouble understanding the point about fall down when Lord Krsna clearly states in Bagavad Gita 'Janma Karma Ca me divyam...." that when one who reaches Goloka Vrndavan then there is no Birth. I can accept differently that since He is the Lord and we are servants then we can be ordered to take birth in this planet or where-ever. On the other hand "naham vipro na ca nara-patir napi vaisyo na sudro " The Lord himself is declaring that he is just a servant. What can we do ....just try to follow...suffer temporarily in this body until we receive the mercy of Vaisnava's.
