Is it ok to chant the maha-mantra while remembering the siksastaka prayers or should one exclusively hear the sounds of the maha-mantra only? I heard in a recent lecture that since siksastaka prayers extend on the meaning of maha-mantra, it is actually good to remember them while chanting. in your service,Aravind. I was under the impression that the Chanting of the Maha-Mantra constantly/continuously & there4 everywhere is ALWAYS beneficial!!!
