Srila Prabhupada often gave an example that to enter

an atmosphere, planet, or the spiritual world we must

be on a level of consciousness fit to do so. He gives

examples of going to other planets like the moon and a

human trying to live his whole life in water. The

point of Krsna consciousness is to come to a level of

purity so we can go home back to Godhead and the

regulative principles are not a guide but a necessity

in order to do so. Anyone serious about Krsna

consciousness will be happy to follow all the

principals set out by Srila Prabhupada who said that

any sex other than to bring a child up in Krsna

consciousness according to the regulative principles
