the tendency to fight has made me find faults in the works of srila

prabhupada. one who is wise does not speak harshly about any one,

what to speak of great ones. with whatever little humility i can

muster i fall at the feet of all the devotees and seek forgiveness

for this. also, i would like to post this small rhyme as an offering.

oh! lord, all faiths come from you

and deserve the respect they are due

dualism has come forth by your mercy

due to my ignorance that i cant see

at your feet is srila prabhupad

to find fault is a great aparad

for teaching about you did he write

no use finding faults seemingly bright

vedanta is experiential knowlede

not a thing you learn in a college

without experience speaks my mind

my words cant break away the bind

only out of love did speak sankara

to defend him with pride is bhayankara

what is there for me to defend

great ones may i never again offend

my humble obeisanes to srila prabhupada

and all the vaishnav acharyas, oh! catur pada

That's always quite possible.

Lord Krishna often speaks quite strongly (e.g., Gita, 9.11), as do the sastras

in general (e.g., Bhagavatam, 5.5.1). So do those willing to repeat whatever

such authorities say, because they know that real humility means doing what God

wants, irregardless of any personal risks this entails. Lord Caitanya asked

Indians especially to repeat Krsna's instructions to everyone they meet.

Surrendering to all this isn't a matter of sophisticated philosophical

understanding or debate; it just requires honest sincerity and faith.

As Srila Prabhupada often said, "real hearing means acting."
