I believe that the disciple who took Babaji from Prabhupada was called Audolomi. He took babaji as he was under the impression from doctors that he was dying. He wasn't and subsequently gave up his vows. RV ...he accepted babaji vesa without any ceremony or formal induction, after the disappearance of his Gurudeva.
