Not consistently. Pariikshit Mahaaraaja asks about the apparent "immorality" of Krishna's raasa-liila, which Shukadeva more than answers. Then, there is the incident in which Lord Balaraama killed Romaharshana for failing to get up and offer respect for him. If memory serves, the question of "immorality" did not arise from Pariikshit's mind, but it did occur in the minds of the brahmins present there, whom Lord Balaraama requested to recommend a means of atonement. This culminated in him taking an extended pilgrimmage, at the end of which he arrived in Kurukshetra to find that the Mahaabhaarata war and started and was finished, with Duryodhana and Bhiima dueling to the finish. Regarding the burning down of Vaaranaasi, I don't believe any question of "immorality" arose anywhere in that context. Nor do I recall it arising in regard to Akruura's conspiracy to take the Syamantaka Jewel (but Shriila Vishvanaatha Chakravarti does address this in his commentary). Why don't you just read it yourself and present your findings? It is widely available in libraries as well as the internet, thanks to the good work of the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust.
