Here are two unconfirmed sayings of Srila Prabhupada, that I was told at

Mayapur festival in 1976.

 

1) A devotee said to Srila Prabhupada, "We spend all day on book

distribution, talking with karmis in their language, and it is difficult to

think of Krishna. How will we be able to think of Krishna at the time of

death?" Srila Prabhupada replied, "Just distribute my books throughout your

life, and even if you don't think of Krishna at the time of death, then Lord

Caitanya will force His way into your mind and carry you back to Godhead."

 

2) Srila Prabhupada said, "For a brahmacari, living in Mayapur is the

perfection of life. But even better is to preach throughout the world."
