Could some one please explain where our original scriptures are ?....From where

is all the interpretations are being done from ?....How do one decides as to

what is interpolation & what is not.

 

...for example in the quote below how do you know as to exactly what Valmiki

wrote & what is not in the RAMAYAN/MAHABHARAT/PURANAS ect

 

....I was confronted with this once and I could not give a reasonblen answer.
