Offerings of Krishna prasad are eaten by demigods either by their glance - like Krishna does - and if they do not have that power then since they reside in their deity form as a subtle living entities they come out sit down next to the plate and...The second option is an educated guess. One year there was a news that Ganesh drunk the milk offerings on the same day all over the world. Some more comments? Agni and Svaha usually descend into the sacrifice fire - if I remember well other demigods too - to accept the oblations and offerings through the fire. Correct? Krishna can accept when something is offered with devotion in front of His deity or picture, because, He is non-different from them and also, angani yasya skalendriya vrtii manti. So, He does not eat and yet eats. But how is it in the case of demi-gods? dasa Narasimhan Achintya Homepage: achintya DISCLAIMER: All postings appearing on Achintya are the property of their authors, and they may not be cross-posted to other forums without prior approval by said authors.
