Guest guest
Dear Vaishnavas, Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada and his followers. My name is Vidvan-Gauranga Das. By the mercy of Srila Prabhupada's followers, I first came in contact with Srila Prabhupada's movement in 1980s. Gradually over the years, by the association of the devotees, I also took to the practice of devotional service. In 1989, I moved to ISKCON Sri Mayapur, and had the opportunity to study in the Gurukula there under the supervision of HH Bhaktividya Purna Swami Maharaja. I took initiation from HH Jayapataka Swami Maharaja and am trying to render some service there. Over the years, I started learning Sanskrit; I was instructed by superior devotees to seriously study the books of Srila Prabhupada. I was also encouraged to study the teachings of our previous acharyas while serving Srila Prabhupada's mission of distributing Lord Chaitanya's mercy to the fallen souls. I hope to learn from all of you in my attempts to render nonduplicitous service to Srila Prabhupada! Your humble servant, Vidvan-Gauranga Das PS: I am sorry, I misspelled achintya's e-mail address; so thrice it was rejected. Now it should be there. Sorry again.
