Guest guest
The other day, i was hearing to a conversation in which a trauma doctor was asked a few questions about death and its related things. To one of the question, he replied: In general, majority of the people go into 'comma' before they die. The duration of this 'comma' largely varies, ranging from few minutes to days (the conversation was not related to Katharine Graham's death) That in 'comma' a person has got no control over his body, what to speak of mind, the next thought that comes into a devotees mind is, Oh Sri Krishna, will I be able to remember your lotus feet when I die? He will know it, if he goes back to godhead. Since either way time is flying very fast, if one continues to give his best to ISKCON and for the welfare of other devotees, then his spirit of dedication and sacrifice, which by itself is a small fraction of the effort that Srila Prabhupada had put in, in forming this society, will take him closer to their Lordship. I remember hearing from another devotee, who was quoting Srila Prabhupada: "When you come to Godhead, I will take your hands and put it in the hands of Sri Sri Radha Krishna" If any one in this mailing list should go back to godhead, please remember that there are many who couldnt make it, and any help is always appreciated.
