I am 38yrs old office worker, in the UK.I dabble in programming and recently web design. I have been visiting Bhaktivedanta Manor for the last 2 years. I first got introduced to ISKCON way back in 1976 and then was sold the Bhagavad Gita in 1978. I did not read the Gita completely till 1990. 2 years ago I was fortunate enough to hear about Bhagavata katha being given by Radha Govind Swami and so attended this for the complete 8 days. It is since then I have taken a more active interest in Krsna consciousness. I am married with wife and 3 children. I am still trying to learn more about being a devotee and Krsna consciousness. I chant, rather irregularly, and am fortunate to have met some devotees who invite me to their sanga programmes. I hope to increase my krsna consciousness by associating with devotees through the temple and also on this discussion group. I am not very good at asking questions because I don't know where to start. Hopefully, I will get the idea by reading a few of the questions from other devotees and will understand or be brave enough to ask question and hopefully not a stupid one.
