Guest guest
Put in plain English the impersonalists describe that this plurality or many exist only in the material world. In other words in the material world the Lord and the Jivas are separated because the Jivas have a material body. The impersonalists consider that body to be false and untrue. They claim that in spiritual world there is no such differences because everyone has become god by being one with KRSNA.Therefore in their version the spiritual world is singular. Vaisnava's refute such theory and agree that in the spiritual world there is absence of Plurality, and it simply means that everybody are in complete harmony and agreement with KRASNA. This lack of plurality is non existence of conflict. It does not mean that everybody has given up their individuality and merged into the body of KRSNA and have become singular. The conclusion is that there are no pluralities or disagreements but there are pluralities in eternal existence. The Jivas are eternal servant of KRSNA and eternally separated and the activities in the material creation is temporary but not false.Anyone that has ever lived will always live and when they come back home they resume their eternal activity in complete agreement with KRSNA where as in the material world they might have chosen to disagree. In either case in this world or the next the Jiva's remain individual and many or plural. The above is to the best of my understanding and I am open to learn from others. All glories to the true teacher Srila Prabhupada. YS, Ashokamrita.
