Hare Krishna,

Actually God desired to enjoy and so he expanded himself. we

originally had

spiritual bodies in the spiritual world but when we became

envious

of

Krishna and desired to enjoy independently we were sent to the

material

world with material world.

Every spirit soul has a little independence to which God does

not

object.

This independence can be utilised in any way the living entity

desires.

God gives us good counsel but he does not force us to do

anything.

It is also said that " Not a Single leaf moves without the

desire

of the

lord.

I think this means that if we get any sufferings from others we

should not

blame that person because it has been ordained by the Lord due

to

our past

misdeeds. (Please correct me if I am wrong).

Actually all our eternally servants . Some are servants of

Krishna

Others of

their Senses . When we desire something independent of the Lord

we

suffer as

a fish suffers when taken out of water.A fish may be given many

facilities on land but all that it wants to remain happy is water.

Ans 2 we do not remember our past because we change bodies.

Ans 3 : If A soldier does his duty by killing in Krishna

Consciousness

without any personal desire he is not doing any Karma but if he does

for his personal desires he incurs Karma .

Hope this helps.

I am sorry for any mistakes.

Hare Krishna
