diwali celebration

This year for Diwali I dressed Lord Nrsimha up in his

very dramatic Black-Pink-Yellow-and-Green outfit, and

lit the whole altar with tea light candles and pink

and yellow flowers. He and Prahlada Maharaja looked

especially radiant, and I took pictures of Them. We

had kirtan, very ecstatic for just 2.5 people:-)

 

I also gave Lord Nrsimha and Prahlada new brass

drinking cups, and a new plate for a present. We had

a very nice lasagne, with several kinds of vegetables

and some of my mother's fresh bread. Today we will

have Govardhan Puja at my mother's house with a big

feast.
