during His pastimes as the Supreme king 5,000 years ago. Check out the

beautiful photos of the Lord's different dresses. At Dvarakadhisha

mandira, they allow pilgrims to see the morning abhiseka (bath) and

srngara (adornment).

 

And nearby, Somanatha is the holy place where the Lord concluded

Wow! Thanks for these links! I'll add them to the bookmarks section

under "temples." Do we know anything about the groups who created

these sites? The Dwaaraka one looks like it was made by a secular

group. I'm not certain about the second one.

I get the impression they're put up on behalf of their respective

temple boards; I don't know if any particular sampradaya runs the

Dvarakadhisa mandira, but I suspect it's the Sankaracarya sampradaya,

since Sankara is credited with having renovated the current temple.
