There are two classes of beings, the fallible and the infallible. In the material world every entity is fallible, and in the spiritual world every entity is called infallible. Chapter 15, Verse 17. Besides these two, there is the greatest living personality, the Lord Himself, who has entered into these worlds and is maintaining them. Chapter 15, Verse 18. Because I am transcendental, beyond both the fallible and the infallible, and because I am the greatest, I am celebrated both in the world and in the Vedas as that Supreme Person. Chapter 15, Verse 19. Whoever knows Me as the Supreme Personality of Godhead, without doubting, is to be understood as the knower of everything, and He therefore engages himself in full devotional service, O son of Bharata. Chapter 15, Verse 20. This is the most confidential part of the Vedic scriptures, O sinless one, and it is disclosed now by Me. Whoever understands this will become wise, and his endeavors will know perfection. Here is the best description of ParamBrahman given by Supreme Lord Krishna Himself. So we can conclude that ParamBrahman is the Satchitananda Vigraha of Lord. He is one and only one without any superior or equal. He has various names like Krsna, Balarama, Narayana, Hari, Vasudeva, Ramacandra, Vishnu............... and posseses infinity of forms but all are one and the same person appearing differently. He is Sarvarasa i.e. possesor of all transcendental mellows, Nirguna -- Devoid of all qualities which are material in nature, Amurti -- without any material body yet possessing transcendental body. In this way I have given you an extremely short description of Lord's form. This very form which possesses six opulences - fame, wealth, strength, knowledge, renunciation, beauty in infinite amount is Sri Bhagavan. So Bhagavan is ParamBrahman. And you must know from Sri Gita that Vyasadeva refers to statements by Sri Krsna as Sri Bhagavan Uvaca. Hence Lord Krsna is Parambrahman. This is the most confidential secret of all Vedas. Hope this meets you well. Your Servant Always OM TAT SAT Sumeet.

Here is how Srila Raghupati Upadhyaya understood "ParamBrahma": srutim apare smrtim itare bharatam anye bhajantu bhava-bhitah | aham iha nandam vande yasyalinde param brahma || "Some accept only the srutis, others strictly abide by the smrtis; still others, fearing material existence, worship the Mahabharata. But as far as I am concerned, I worship Maharaja Nanda, in whose courtyard the Param brahma is now playing." In other words, the Supreme Absolute Truth, the Supreme brahman, is Sri Krsna--Svayam Bhagavan. This verse, which greatly pleased Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu, appears in Caitanya-caritamrta, Madhya-lila, 19.96, among many other places. Srila Prabhupada quoted it frequently.
