The significance of this principle (sastra-yonitvat) increases exponentially when we admit the babaji class to any serious discussion of spiritual advancement. Despite their high claims, the babajis have long been a major source of so-called Vaisnava practices and ideas that aren't (or cannot be) substantiated with sastra.
