As far as I know it is a standard book used in Iskcon to clarify the meaning of each festival. At the same time you can check if your list of festivals is complete by comparing them to the ones listed in this book. To name a few which were missing on your list (according to my humble opinion): all the Ekadasi's throughout the year, Gita Jayanti and the very important month of Kaartik.
