In this Iron Age, when darkness is enveloping the mind of man, any

little lamp that can light the path is most welcome. That is why I

advise you to resort to Sathkarma, Sadaachaara and Sathpravarthana

(good deeds, good conduct and good behaviour), so that you may be

established in the constant presence of the Lord. You must also strive

to practise Shravana (listening to ennobling and elevating words),

Manana (ruminating on those teachings) and Nidhidhyaasana (putting

into practise the teachings and experience the fruits thereof).
