When iron is in the company of mud, it gets rusted. But the very same iron,

when it is put in fire, the rust goes and it will shine brilliantly. When

dust is in the company of air, it will go up into the sky, but the very same

dust when in the company of water, will go down to the pit. The dust has no

wings to fly, nor has it legs to go down; it is the effect of the company that

makes it go up or down. When we are in bad company, bad feelings, bad emotions

and bad thoughts originate, leading us to wrong actions. Therefore, one should

join good company and develop human qualities. By joining good company, one

can certainly attain Divinity.
