Guest guest
Dear Alex, It h as been found that one month of zinc deprivation produced gray or oily hair or loss of hair, growth retardation and prevention of sexual maturation and gonads. The need for zinc is world-wide and its deficiency is considered only secondary to nitrogen deficienty among soil fertility problems. This trace mineral is extremely important to overall health. More zinc is found in the body than any other trace element, except iron. Relatively large amounts are found in bone and muscle, and it's also prevalent in the prostate and retina. Zinc is involved in sugar metabolism and seems to be easily lost from the sistem...The product I am recommending is derived from zinc gluconate for more efficient absorption. For maximum benefit, it is combined in a rich, natural base of kelp plant, alfalfa herb and thyme herb. Each tablet contains 25 mg of zinc, which is 66 percent of the Daily Value. Visit my web site today and order your Zinc Stock No. 1657-9 (150). Foods rich in zinc (eat daily): ZINC Best Source Foods Beef Crabmeat Oysters Lamb Pork Turkey Brown Rice Salmon Spinach Yogurt Beans Rye Bread Whole Wheat Bread Chicken Clams Lentils Lima Beans Lobster Oatmeal Milk Peas Baked Potato If you are a vegetarian you will want to eliminate the meats. Premature Graying hi, Am M/30 and have started graying from the past one year...what surprises me is that I have started graying in my beard rather than the hair on the head (there are a few white strands on the head though but very less compared to my beard). The other thing i'd like to inform u is that only the left part of my beard has started greying where as the right part is normal.... Does anyone out here help me find a reason as to why this has occured and offer advice to stop greying in the beard and maybe reverse the procedure... thanks in advance ppl... b.rgds / alex Sponsor ---------- Links ayurveda/ b.. ayurveda c..
