For the past 6 years i am suffering from this.I tried many things to get rid of that. I used to have sembrathi flower or leaf smashed and apply in my hair.I also tried curd with vendhiyama along with white pepper. I have tried many kinds of shampoo. If i leave one day without head bath it will inch mee. Some times i used to remove the dandruff and it will look like fish scales. So i am taking head bath regurly for past 6 years. I am a pure vegetarian. Some times very rarely i used to take only eggs.Every day i am applying pure home made coconut oil. I think there will be a solution for this. Guest guest
I have also suffered from dandruff off and on throughout the last 20 years. After years of analysis, I finally discovered that it was the chlorine in municipal treatd water that was causing my dandruff. Chlorine is very drying to the skin and scalp and really irritates skin that is already naturally dry. I never experienced a problem with dandruff until I left my childhood home in the country where we used untreated well water. Once I moved to the city, then the dandruff problems began. The solution, at least in my particular case, was to purchase a high grade shower filter that can filter the majority of the chlorine out. This has seemed to work. The filter I have for the last 3 years is called ShowerCleen. You can purchase on the Internet. Also, rinsing your hair with a combination of apple cider vinegar and benotine clay powder also provides relief and clears up the scalp quite nicely. ayurveda, "Ananth" <anantthu@r...> wrote: > Hi Friends, > > This is Ananth.
