Guest guest
Hey Gary, I will tell you something simpler than all this... Do the ART OF LIVING COURSE started by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar since it has proved effective for people suffering from depression.I'ave myslef done this course have been benefitted effectively by it.Also this Organisation gives Sri Sri Ayurveda and Sri Sri Yoga classes which has been very effective to many people. Sudharshan Kriya is crux of this organization and this process uses specific rhythms of breath to re-establish balance in life as it simultaneously floods the cells of the body with oxygen and energy. The Sudharshan Kriya links the breath to the mind-body system in a specific way, that rids the system of accumulated stress and toxins, releasing negative emotions and rejuvenating the body. THE BENEFITS OF SUDHARSHAN KRIYA IS AS FOLLOWS: Reduces levels of stress (reduces Cortisol, the "stress hormone") Relieves depression and anxiety Restores normal sleep patterns Increases health, well-being and peace of mind - Kriya increases EEG alpha and prolactin, the "well-being" hormone . Course participants commonly report: Greater ease and joy in personal relationships Increased fulfillment in work Deeper sense of community and belonging to society Enriched spiritual life This will help for sure since they have special courses for depression...
