Guest guest
There are lot of books and web-sites dealing with the Panchakarma treatment. You should be able find those in your local library and/or health book stores. Just to recommend one, you might like the book(s) by Dr. Deepak Chopra - "The Perfect Health". To answer why milk is different in its modality of being more hot, you can best try out on your own to see in case someone happens to catch cold how his body is going to react with milk intake compared to ice ... or more simply see how differently you feel after having milk (unfreezed or at normal temperature) than after having something icy and then can compare these body reactions with any other hot/cold type elements generally described in Aurveda books..
