IT seems that no one answers the questions posted on this list.

Truthfully I don't know how healthy the popular coffee substitutes are. Kafree

Roma and others...taste nice but ..... idon't know how healthy they REALLY ARE.

I hope someone will know and answer this and the other questions people ask.

Try an infusion of 5 basil leaves +2cloves + 1

stickcinnamon- grind coarsely and boil in a cup of

water for 2 minutes. Drink hot. Do get back to me on

this at this address.

Hi,

I guess this all depends on what is one likes in

coffee! usually it's the stimulating effect of caffine

which is liked most...if that is the case then i think

tea (black milk tea or better if green/herbal tea) can

be a mild substitute though black tea itself contains

caffine hence heavy tea should be as negative as

original coffee... then why not mild coffee itself...i

guess in aurveda there is no ready fix but to give up

drinking coffe itself and try to adopt some other

healthy drinks...what can be better of all than fresh

fruit juices (cold) and/or some milk based drinks

(hot/cold)...

If you're asking me whether or not I drink this first

thing in the morning- no I do not. I have it only on

really cold and frosty evenings. I'm very fond of

black tea( herbal) and with milk as also of black

coffee. So I have no problems with coffee. However, I

believe I have made several infusions from home-grown

herbs that are excellent for health.
