Guest guest
Hello all, I beg to differ on the use of aamla for skin. It is a very well known fact that aamla causes pigmentation of the skin, whether used internally or externally. For this very reason, Aamla has been used in various hair oils and conditioners, so that greying hair or Palitya can be checked. The rest of the ingredients recommended by Dr. Bhate are fine. Fresh cream can be used as a substitute for curd in people who have dry skin.
