Guest guest
greetings to all. Ive been having problems with my gallbladder and gallstones. I did 3 flushes which consisted of drinking organic apple juice followed by water every hour you are awake for 3days,then on the 4th nite before going to bed drink 1/2 cup orgainc olive oil with the juice of 1/2 grapefruit. go to bed sleep on right side, when waking in the a.m. drink another 1/2 cup olive oil and grapefruit juice followed by 1/2 cup prune juice. then plan on staying home all day!!! Ive passed about 400 gallstones, but still have pain in that area some days. My question is could I do anything differently to help ease the pain and eliminate more stones??? I have also done castor oil packs to help with pain. thanx in advance
Guest guest
dear Sharon there is a lot of debate as to whether or not these "gallstones" are in fact gallstones or saponified fats, i.e. an artifact of the cleanse to be sure you would want to get them analyzed alternately, heat them up slightly in a pan or cookie sheet at a low temperature if they dissolve they are not gall stones, but once again, saponified fat from a simple physiological perspective i cannot imagine that you would have had 400 gall stones in your liver and gall bladder it seems truly unlikely anyway, i would stop with the gall bladder flush immediately the pain is likely caused simply from excessive spasm in the biliary tree, caused by the flush the saponified products could also be irritating to the gut wall (after all, saponins are well-known irritants) start taking some simple remedies to help relieve pain and normalize bile secretion e.g. to normalize secretions and decongest liver: fringe tree, barberry, turmeric/haridra, dandelion, bhringaraj, boldo e.g. to relieve spasm: wild yam, ajamoda, caraway, hops, peppermint, cardamom, ginger e.g. to soothe the intestinal wall: marshmallow, slippery elm, licorice, aloe e.g. formula: fringetree 2 parts wild yam 2 part caraway 1 part as tinctures, about 3 mL (40 drops) thrice daily before meals alternately: turmeric 3 parts ajamoda 2 parts ginger 1 part as powders, 1 tsp in a tea cup of hot water, thrice daily before meals also: marshmallow and licorice tea, 2-3 cups daily, full-spectrum digestive enzymes Caldecott On Thursday, February 26, 2004, at 03:49 AM, ayurveda wrote: > Message: 5 > Wed, 25 Feb 2004 23:10:01 -0000 > "Sharon )o(" <clearshadow831 > gallbladder??? > > greetings to all.
