Guest guest
How can Chinese herbs that are classified as yin/yang & Jing/Shen/Qi be categorised Ayurvedically? Eg. Jiaogulan (the herb of immortality) is enhancing yin and supporting yang. Can it be concluded that Jiaogulan is Pitta- and Kapha+. Also another herb Rhodiola is neutral herb according to TCM. Can we conclude that this is Tridoshic? -yogaman
